Yes, we have a general sizing chart for many of our name brand items. To view the sizing chart, click here.
How does embroidery pricing work?
The pricing is based on the number of stitches. It doesn't matter how many colors your logo is. Getting a quote on having your logo digitized is always free. We won't go ahead with digitizing until we have your okay.
Embroidery Price List
These prices are for the embroidery of one location only. They do not include the cost of apparel or digitizing fee*. Please call or fill out our online quote request for 100+ tiems or on logos with over 35,000 stitches.

*Digitizing Setup Fees:
Custom embroidering requires us to digitize the logo/design so it can be ready bht the embroidering machine. Our pricing for this setup is based on the number of stiches in the logo/design (see list below). However, digitizing fees may be waived depending on the order size. Payment for setup is required before the digitizing. Free quotes for all digitizing.

What are the types of fonts I can choose from?
How long will my order take to be completed?
Orders will usually be shipped between 10-14 business days once we have your approval of the artwork. For rush orders, we will charge a fee of 15% of your order total.
Is there a quantity discount?
Yes. It varies depending on how many locations and if you are embroidering or screen printing. Please fill out our quote form for a more accurate discount.
Can I mix & match colors in my order?
Yes. And no, the color doesn't change the price. You just need to make sure that the color of your design will still work on the color of the garment (for example, if you have a black print going on yellow shirts, that black print won't show up on navy shirts).
If you'd like to change the color of your prints, there is a $15 fee (this applies to each color change you make).
Can I see a proof of my order before its printed?
Yes. We can e-mail you a .jpg of your image. The colors won't be exact. We will ask you for your approval of the proof before we continue the order.
Any changes made 24 hours after your approval has been given will have a $10 charge.
What files do you accept?
.CDR, .AI, .PDF, .JPG
If you are going to be sending us a .jpg (photo/image), please make sure the resolution and DPI (dots per inch) is at 300 or higher.
Are there files you do not accept?
Yes: .BMP, .GIF, .PNG, Microsoft Office files or iWork files (PowerPoint, Word, Xcel, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, etc.)
Can I return an order?
Due to the custom nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a manufacturing or embroidery/print defect. Returns must be made within 30 days. Please send us an email to info@mpimpressions.com with the following information: your name, invoice number, the items to be returned, and the reason for returning them. We will promptly review your return request. If there is a clear manufacturing or embroidery/print defect, we will issue you a return authorization number, with which you can return your merchandise. We will not accept any returns without this R.A. number. We will notify you about the replacement of the defected merchandise.
